As someone who has successfully started a business, founder Jay Rosen offers advice and key tips for aspiring entrepreneurs. Jay points out that it is essential to think through and plan meticulously when establishing a business. A quote by Walt Disney says, "the way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." This sentiment is apparent in Jay's next piece of advice: work hard and keep at it.

To work hard and stay focused on the task at hand is imperative when launching a business. One must never lose sight of the purpose of the business. Turning plans into action takes ideas to a new level: the idea has come to fruition. In addition to being proactive, being adaptable and flexible sets a business up for any future trials. The early kinks of a business can be worked out easily if built on a solid foundation with an adaptable edge.
