When in a slump, it is hard to know where to start. Addressing key concerns is necessary in order to keep growing.
This illustration shows some steps to success: learning, training, instruction, and practice. These steps suggest that the success is in the customer service field. When dealing with customers, it is essential to have these steps in place to satisfy customers and also provide a healthy, working environment for employees. These steps are dependent on each other; once learning happens, training can take place. Once training is initiated, then further instruction can happen. Once in-depth instruction occurs, these steps can be put into practice and lead to success. Quality of customer service has the potential to influence and alter the face of the company. Therefore, it warrants special attention.
