About the Experts:
Michelle Rosales has more than 14 years of experience managing complex environmental health and industrial hygiene service projects throughout California and the U.S. Michelle provides litigation support and oversight for numerous complex litigation claims for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. Designated as an expert witness on cases, Michelle has the familiarity of the litigation process and proceedings. She provides qualitative research and preparation of reports with opinions and involvement in litigation procedures.
Kristy Thornton is heavily involved in designing industrial health and safety management programs which include health risk assessment and implementation of various sampling methodologies across the life-cycle of major infrastructure assets.
Rodrigo Delgado has a strong background working with safety and environmental projects leading six sigma projects to protect employee health and safety from chemical exposure. Rodrigo has been involved in hundreds of methamphetamine lab and methamphetamine use assessments as well as synthetic opioid assessments throughout the country in over 40 states. The methamphetamine and synthetic opioid assessments have been both at a preliminary level and clearance level to ensure the environment is at safe for preoccupancy. Rodrigo’s involvement in the assessments includes field sampling, providing decontamination protocols, and writing reports per regulatory guidelines.
