He has been called as an expert witness in numerous local and federal jurisdictions in the mid-Atlantic region. His services have been retained by plaintiff and defense counsels and insurance companies. Dr. Graham is a member of the American Association of Forensic Sciences, American Association of Clinical Chemistry and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology, a Bachelor of Sciences in pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Temple University.
