He holds a Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sports Medicine from East Stroudsburg University. Mr. Weagley has served as a sports medicine program director for a private orthopedic practice and hospital. During that time, he developed numerous continuing education programs for medical and health professionals, and educational programs for school and youth league coaches. Mr. Weagley has also worked as a high school athletic director, serving as the program administrator for all aspects of the interscholastic athletic program.
