This webinar, which is geared for all legal professionals, especially plaintiff and defense attorneys who specialize in transportation issues, focused on the most common accident/incident scenarios in public transportation-related lawsuits, and their variations and nuances.

About the Expert
Ned Einstein spent his career in the planning, design, evaluation, management and operation of almost every non-rail mode of passenger transportation, often directing key projects in most of them, including transit, paratransit, schoolbus, special education, motorcoach, shuttle, taxi, non-emergency medical and other transportation services. He also coordinated the design and marketing efforts associated with a European-manufactured schoolbus and motorcoach introduced into the North American market. Mr. Einstein is a veteran of more than 350 public transportation-related lawsuits, including several class action suits. He authors a regular monthly column on the theme of Safety and Liability National Bus Trader and a regular monthly column on crossing The Crossing Guyfor School Transportation News both major industry trade publications in the motorcoach/transit and schoolbus/special education sectors, respectively.
