About the Expert
Ned Einstein spent his career in the planning, design, evaluation, management and operation of almost every non-rail mode of passenger transportation, often directing key projects in most of them, including transit, paratransit, schoolbus, special education, motorcoach, shuttle, taxi, non-emergency medical and other transportation services. He also coordinated the design and marketing efforts associated with a European-manufactured schoolbus and motorcoach introduced into the North American market. Mr. Einstein is a veteran of more than 350 public transportation-related lawsuits, including several class action suits.
