About The Presenter:
Stanley Dorrance, founder of Forensic Science Services, is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminalistics. Prior to founding Forensic Science Services, Mr. Dorrance was a criminalist III for the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Forensic Services from 1972 to 1982. He was assigned to the Regional Criminalistics Laboratory in Fresno, California.
Since 1972, Mr. Dorrance has qualified as an expert witness on over 3,500 alcohol related civil and criminal cases. Mr. Dorrance is also a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) field sobriety test instructor.
