Description: Over 34 years experience in public safety operations and leadership. He has served as Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety in several municipalities ranging from rural to metropolitan. Has taught extensively for the Internation Association of Chiefs of Police; Penn State University; the Department of Justice; and the Department of Defense. He currently designs and develops law enforcement training programs for the United States Marine Corps.
