Accepted role as BP America, Manager-safety where uniform Safety and Health programs and standards were developed. Selected to serve a HSE Manager, EHS Adviser, and VP-HSE on 4 continents for BP. In each case EHS performance improved to top industry level. As Senioe Risk Engineer for Det Norske Veritas (DNV) led several large accident investigations involving loss of life and million$ loss of property. Recruited to develop HSE program for Petro-Kazakhstan, one of the first integrated oil companies after decline of the Soviet Union.
