Description: An Experienced Public works Construction Manager. Has been in the construction industry since 1983. Holds a Bachelor degree in civil Engineering and a certificate in Construction Management from UCLA. Managed public works projects from early planning through design, bidding up to construction completion. Managed public works as an Owner's representative over seeing over 560 projects and for General Contractors which gained him a well rounded perspective. Experienced scheduler since 1993. An award winning published author of a Construction Management Guide book. Taught construction management and scheduling at Westwood College, spoke in seminars and conducted training programs.
